The Think Tank Photo Logistics Manager is a beast of a bag for those serious pro photographers, videographers or those who just need to haul all of their studio gear in a big honkin’ bag! Here’s a look at how you might configure it:
As you can see it swallows a 400mm f/2.8 with room to store stuff on top and as you’ll see in my video tour it can hold studio lights like the Elinchrom Style RX600 with no problem at all. I’ve even used mine to hold a Canon SX-80 Pro Photography Projector with no problem.

This bag is massive – way bigger than the Think Tank Photo Airport Security v2.0 I reviewed (in fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if that bag could fit inside of this one (haven’t tried it though).
Here’s a couple crappy videos (crank up the volume to 11) where I give you a little tour of this bag and show you some of the things you can keep in it. I wanted to put my 2 year old in it for vacation this year, but my wife said that it might freak the TSA out when they searched the bag so we decided not to do that.
Conclusion
Everyone who reads this blog knows I am biased about Think Tank Photo bags because I love them so much. However, there’s a good reason for it – they are extremely well built professional bags designed by pro photographers for pro photographers. They don’t just look sturdy like the competition, they really are sturdy bags.
The Logistics Manager is made very well inside and out as a camera bag, and the wheels and fabric handles were phenomenal.
In the end, I recommend the Logistics Manager as a great way to store and transport your gear. I have a huge collection of TTP bags, and this roller system is so good that it’s become my favorite bag, and the others aren’t seeing much use these days. Of course, that seems to happen quite often with whatever my latest bag is so your mileage may vary.
